Woman giving feedback on Real World film

This year has seen us consolidating our research work, concluding research projects and carrying out complementary comparative work so as to amplify our evidence base. We have invested considerable effort in thinking creatively about how best to communicate our findings to policy and public audiences, and have launched a number of innovative communications projects, which will run alongside existing cross-RPC and in-country communications initiatives such as the Real World scheme and our photography competitions and exhibitions.

Pathways members have been able to capitalise on opportunities for influence in policy arenas, carrying our work into policy spaces such as the OECD DAC’s PovNet, UNDAW (whose prestigious annual World Survey on the Role of Women in Development featured Pathways’ Naila Kabeer as lead author) and numerous other national, regional and international arenas.
